A minivan in downtown Philadelphia reportedly jumped a curbed and hit at least 2 pedestrians.

The victims-which include a 38-year-old man and a 77-year-old-man-were taken to Hahnemann hospital where they are both in stable condition.
No word on if this was terrorist related. The driver of the van remained on the scene with police.
