Yes. He is declaring “cyber war” on Russia. Though I don’t know how much of a war it will be now that you’ve told the CIA that you’re coming for their computers.

Obama will just do anything to distract us from this election, won’t he? What good will it be to piss off Russia further? Does he want Russia to (allegedly) hack us further?

It is already demonstrated that our Internet security is fragile to non-existent. Why provoke further attacks?
