Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said the only way to quell the violence permeating Democrat-led cities is to “keep arresting people until there’s no one left.”
Gingrich told ‘Fox & Friends’ that far-left rioters such as those seen in the Antifa mobs in Portland “believe they have the right” to engage in violence.
Violence, which culminated in the murder of Patriot Prayer’s Aaron ‘Jay’ Danielson, a supporter of President Trump, this past weekend.
Violence, which led to Senator Rand Paul and black Democrat Trump-supporter Vernon Davis being harassed and accosted in the streets outside the White House following the Republican National Convention.
It was this harassment that prompted the former House Speaker’s response.
“I think they need to take every video they can and ask people to send us whatever video you might have taken, they need to track these people down, they need to charge them with the highest possible crime,” Gingrich advised.
The only way to stop the violence is to “keep arresting people until there’s no one left,” he added.

Senator Rand Paul, who called the mob that confronted him outside the RNC “crazed” and life-threatening, recently demanded an investigation into who is funding these violent anarchists.
“Who are these people? Who paid for their hotel rooms? Who flew them in?” the Kentucky Republican asked in an op-ed Saturday.
“Law enforcement needs to look at the funding of violent criminal activity like this. And national Democrats need to confront it. It’s organized. It’s paid for. It’s violent,” he continued. “It’s not about Black lives or any lives; it’s about anarchy and destruction.”
Representative Ken Buck (R-CO) echoed those sentiments calling for an investigation.
“If the Tea Party threatened a Democratic Senator and assaulted police officers like this, it would be leading CNN,” he wrote. “Every conservative politician would be asked to condemn it. Where is the outrage?”

Democrat nominee Joe Biden and President Trump couldn’t have two more opposing responses to the violence playing out before the American people.
Biden and his running mate refuse to support the deployment of the National Guard in crime-plagued cities and have even encouraged the rioters.
Harris said protesters “should not” let up and she encouraged supporters to help bail out rioters in Minnesota.
Biden called the rioters “peaceful protesters” and his campaign staff was also quick to donate to support the rioters.
President Trump has been consistently condemning the violence from day one, while his Justice Department announced in July that they had arrested 236 people in “cases related to violent opportunists and civil unrest.”
The choice in November is clear – you either want the man who opposes violent unrest in Trump, or the man who wants them bailed out.
“I think you’re going to see this continue until we in fact stand up for civilization,” Gingrich said.
