House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in a newly released video from January 6, 2021, said she hoped then-President Trump marched to the Capitol himself so she could “punch him out.”

The video, exclusive footage obtained by CNN, comes via Alexandra Pelosi, a documentary filmmaker and daughter of the Democratic Speaker, who just so happened to be there filming.

Pelosi responds to Trump’s call for protesters to head to the Capitol where he said he’d join them to protest the election results.

“Tell him, if he comes here, we’re going to the White House,” she laughs.

As Pelosi’s chief of staff later informs her that Secret Service had convinced Trump not to go to the Capitol, she grows straight-faced and more serious.

“If he comes, I’m going to punch him out. I’ve been waiting for this. For trespassing on the Capitol grounds, I’m going to punch him out,” says Pelosi. “And I’m going to go to jail, and I’m going to be happy.”

Pelosi Wanted to Punch Trump Out

This is going to sound trivial, but as a side note, did you notice the only unmasked person in that video clip is Nancy Pelosi?

You might recall that multiple Democrat lawmakers ended up testing positive for COVID after being forced to shelter in place during the Capitol riot.

At the time, Democrats accused Republicans of being the only people not wearing masks during the riot, blamed them for spreading COVID, then implemented thousands of dollars in fines for anybody violating mask rules.

Yet, there’s Pelosi, spitting mad and threatening to punch Trump in the face if he shows up.

The then nearly 81-year-old House Speaker was very feisty as a result of the events of January 6th.

Pelosi joked in an interview last April that had she encountered rioters at the Capitol on January 6th she would have given them a real brawl.

She claimed protesters were “setting out” to “kill her” in an interview with USA Today.

“Well, I’m pretty tough. I’m a street fighter. They would have had a battle on their hands,” suggested Pelosi.

“I would have had these,” she said, showing off 4-inch stilettos.

Bizarre Events

On Friday, former President Donald Trump reiterated that he called for protests on January 6 to be conducted “peacefully and patriotically.”

Pelosi’s comments threatening to punch him before the riot even began seem to indicate that she was the one itching for violence that day.

It’s odd, also, that the select committee investigating the Capitol riot left the clip out of their presentation. Was it intentional?

“The House select committee investigating the attack released some clips of the footage at its hearing on Thursday, but CNN aired a more expansive version of the recording,” a report by The Hill reads.

Pelosi wasn’t the only lawmaker who wanted to kick off her heels and start violence against Trump and his supporters.

‘Never Trump’ Republican Representative Adam Kinzinger admitted during an interview for Rolling Stone that he contemplated firing his gun as pro-Trump supporters rioted at the Capitol on January 6th.

After listening to Trump’s speech, Kinzinger says he left the certification proceedings and spent “six hours in my office, hunkered down, with my gun out, prepared to defend against my own party.”

Buck up, little camper. Sounds like Mama Bear Pelosi was ready to defend you.

As The Political Insider reported earlier this week, Senator Lindsey Graham spent time prodding Capitol police officers to shoot the Trump supporters “in the head.”

“You guys should have shot them all in the head,” Graham allegedly said according to a memoir by former D.C. police officer Michael Fanone.

“We gave you guys guns, and you should have used them. I don’t understand why that didn’t happen.”

Perhaps Kinzinger and Graham could have simply borrowed Pelosi’s stilettos.

Either way, that seems like an awful lot of violence coming from those accusing Trump of that very infraction.
