New Harvard Poll: Trump Beating Biden By 6 In 2024 Rematch

New Harvard Poll: Majority Says Trump Was A Better President Than Biden

A new poll released this week flips the script on the typical media narrative in more ways than one, and bodes very poorly for Democrats in 2022 and 2024.

Not only does the poll show that a majority of American voters believe former President Donald Trump was a better Commander-in-Chief than Joe Biden is, it shows Trump walloping Biden in a hypothetical election rematch.

These results come from a recently released Harvard-Harris poll

More Voters Think Trump Better President Than Biden

The poll asked participants who they thought was or “has been” a better president: former President Donald Trump or current President Joe Biden.

53 percent said Trump was a better White House leader.

47 percent said Biden has been a better leader.

That puts Biden a full six points behind Trump.

The Harvard-Harris poll also featured a hypothetical 2024 presidential election showdown between Biden and Trump. Trump led there also by six points, with 46 percent to Biden’s 40 percent.

According to RealClearPolitics average of all polls on Tuesday, Biden’s approval rating is down double digits at -14.4.

Biden In The Dog House

This survey was taken from January 19-20, 2022 and it polled 1,815 registered voters.

The New York Post reported on Sunday about a recent Fox News poll that had similar bad news for Biden: “Six in 10 Americans would vote for someone other than President Biden if the 2024 presidential election was held today — a rate higher than his predecessors Barack Obama and Donald Trump, according to a poll released Sunday.”

“Asked if the election were held today, 60 percent said they would ‘probably’ or ‘definitely’ vote for someone else, compared to 36 percent who said they would ‘definitely’ or ‘probably’ re-elect Biden, the survey by Fox News shows,” the Post noted.

The report continued, “Fifty-two percent said they would vote for someone other than Trump if it were February 2020, and 51 percent said they would select somebody other than Obama if it were August 2011. The survey also shows the deep dissatisfaction Americans feel for Biden’s handling of the economy, the COVID-19 pandemic, border security and foreign policy.”
