Just days after an ISIS inspired terrorist plowed through a Christmas market in Berlin killing 12 people, we have just learned that a minivan has plowed through a farmers market in Beijing “killing four and injuring dozens.”
As of right now, officials have not said the incident is terrorism, but ISIS has made it clear that it intended to use vehicles to attack soft targets in the future.

From The Sun:
Police said a number of people have been injured to varying degrees, but did not confirm whether the incident is terror related.
Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau said the injured have been taken to hospital for treatment. They added the van and its driver have been detained at the market in Chikou Town, Changping.
