Michael Avenatti: New Accuser Claims Kavanaugh Drugged Women

“Creepy porn lawyer” Michael Avenatti has brought forth yet another new Kavanaugh accuser. This accuser is anonymous (so far) and claims Kavanaugh drugged drinks at parties for the purpose of sexually assaulting women.

After being told off by Mike Davis yesterday (the Counsel for the Senate Judiciary, working under Chuck Grassley), Avenatti isn’t giving up on his unsubstantiated, sensationalist claims that will probably end up getting his clients sued for defamation.

As if his client Julie Swetnick wasn’t unbelievable enough (she was previously herself investigated for sexual misconduct allegations), Avenatti continues to promote accusers whose testimony would be more fitting for an editor of the National Enquirer, not in a court of law.

Avenatti’s newest client claims in a sworn statement that she knows both Christine Blasey Ford and Julie Swetnick, that Brett Kavanaugh had “inappropriate physical contact with girls of a sexual nature” at parties (how specific!), and that she personally witnessed Kavanaugh spike punch at parties with Quaaludes and/or grain alcohol.

Oh, where to begin? Not only is the accuser anonymous…

  • We don’t know where she went to high school or college.
  • She says that “I am aware of other inappropriate conduct by Brett Kavanaugh but do not feel comfortable stating it at this time in this declaration.” Why would she not mention them now? Is there a better time? We’re right up against a vote for the Supreme Court!
  • She thinks Julie Swetnick is credible. That’s a major red flag in and of itself.

Even taken at face value, what does this new accusation actually establish? Nothing. This accuser’s only allegation about spiking the punch seems to be that Kavanaugh added more alcohol to a beverage everyone expects to contain alcohol. And given how un-credible all of Avenatti’s clients have been, even that’s probably a lie. Credible accusers don’t go to a lawyer known for pimping out porn stars to the press when they want justice.

As already mentioned, this anonymous accuser does claim to have more dirt on Kavanaugh, but decided not to mention it for some unknown reason. Perhaps the “unknown reason” is to simply delay the Kavanaugh confirmation process even more. That truly does seem to be the goal of everyone on the Left at this point.

Despite all this, CNN and MSNBC will probably reward Avenatti with endless airtime to voice such allegations. Why? Because the truth stopped mattering long ago. Hopefully the Republicans in the Senate have a similar attitude as Mike Davis when voting on Kavanaugh’s confirmation, and stick it to these hysterical vultures.
