Marjorie Taylor Greene Blasts ‘Hate America Democrats’ As Vote To Remove Her From Committees Is Confirmed

Majority Leader Steny Hoyer announced that that the House will vote Thursday on a resolution to strip Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene of her committee assignments.

Majority Leader Steny Hoyer announced that that the House will vote Thursday on a resolution to strip Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of her committee assignments.

Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) sought to avoid a floor vote by offering to remove Greene from the Education and Labor Committee while allowing her to remain on the Budget Committee.

Hoyer (D-MD) announced that there would be no compromise.

“I spoke to Leader McCarthy this morning, and it is clear there is no alternative to holding a Floor vote on the resolution to remove Rep. Greene from her committee assignments,” he said in a statement.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Likely Removed From Committees After Thursday Vote

Perhaps already knowing the Democrats have little interest in compromise, Marjorie Taylor Greene (D-GA) tweeted earlier today that it wouldn’t matter what McCarthy did to try and appease them.

“No matter what [McCarthy] does it would never be enough for the hate America Democrats,” she tweeted. “As much as he genuinely tries to work with [House Speaker Nancy Pelosi] for the good of this country, she refuses to see the hypocrisy of her own conference.”

She went on to suggest she’s actually being targeted due to identity politics.

“If [Pelosi] was the minority leader, she would pull every identity politics trick in the book to defend her member,” Greene claimed.

“White, woman, wife, mother, Christian, conservative, business owner – These are the reasons they don’t want me” on the committees … “It’s my identity [and] my values,” she added.

Democrat Hypocrisy Is the Real Cancer Here

The ‘hypocrisy’ Marjorie Taylor Greene mentions may entail that of how Democrats handled incendiary rhetoric from one of their own in Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

House Republicans announced earlier that they are pushing for an amendment to the Greene vote that would oust Omar from her committee assignments as well.

Omar has a rich and detailed history of anti-Semitic statements as well as her own little conspiracy theory reducing the 9/11 terrorist attacks to “some people did something.”

The Democrat emerged unscathed and is even elevated as a member of the Squad all while sitting on the House Budget and House Foreign Affairs Committees.

Hoyer announced Marjorie Taylor Greene’s fate saying, “The Rules Committee will meet this afternoon, and the House will vote on the resolution tomorrow.”

Earlier this week, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell blasted Greene for her embrace of “loony lies and conspiracy theories” and labeled her a “cancer for the Republican Party.”

The real cancer in Congress is the Democrat lawmakers who only punish those who don’t think the same way they do. Who pretend they want unity when the truth is they want complete and total submission from their political foes.

And Republicans allow them to get away with it.
