Texas Mall Installs Ten Commandments Monument and American Flag

A Texas Mall is installing an 8-foot statue featuring the Ten Commandments, a move the owner hopes will “touch [the viewer’s] heart and give them new hope that day.”

“I believe in all the Ten Commandments,” one approving resident told NBC 5. “They’re good rules in life, and good things to go by.”

“We just feel like if we expose God’s word out to everyone that it might have an impact on people and be a positive thing for anyone,” the owner of the mall said.

Any bets on how long it will take a triggered atheist to vandalize the statue? You just know they’re already sitting in their Mom’s basement as we speak with cans of spray paint and their Antifa hooded jacket, just plotting away.

A friend of the owner explained, “It’s not impeding on anyone else’s beliefs.”

He added, “You just gotta believe in what you believe in, and I’m all for it.”

“We’re not denigrating anyone when we do this,” the owner said. “We’re certainly making the statement that this is our belief.”

“In times of turbulence in the world,” he said, “we’re sharing peace and the Lord’s love. We all need more of that.”

Even better – If a statue of the Ten Commandments doesn’t completely trigger any Texas liberals, then this surely will …

Fox reports that, “A giant 30-by-60-foot American flag will fly outside the mall as well.”

God and country – two things most of America loves, but will surely cause liberals to go apoplectic.
