Kayleigh McEnany Says Murdered Chicago Cop ‘Did A Heck Of A Lot More’ For U.S. Than Cori Bush

Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany spoke out on Monday to say that the murdered Chicago Police Officer Ella French “did a heck of a lot more” for America than Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), a member of the radically liberal “Squad” that is run by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

McEnany Sounds Off

“Her [Ella French’s) brother saying that she had a big heart, she’s always been a person of integrity, she is someone who did the right thing when no one was looking — she deserves to be here now,” McEnany said while appearing on Fox News.

“It’s not ‘defund our police,’ it is ‘support our police,’ because I can tell you, what Ella French has done for this country, she put her life on the line, took to the streets every day, trying to protect those 86 individuals [in Chicago] who got shot this weekend.,” she added.

“What she’s done for this country is a whole heck of a lot more than what Cori Bush has done, surrounded by tens of thousands of dollars in armed security guards calling to defund the police; and the communities that suffer are the very community she professes to try to help… She is not helping them one iota,” McEnany continued.

McEnany Calls Out Bush For Hypocrisy

This comes days after McEnany called out Bush for her hypocrisy after the Democrat defended paying thousands for her own security while also calling for “defund the police.”

“They would rather I die?” Bush told CBS News after being confronted about her own private security. “You would rather me die? Is that what you want to see? You want to see me die? You know because that could be the alternative.”

She added that her “body is worth being on this planet,” and that the attacks against her are coming from a “white supremacist, racist narrative.”

McEnany fired back by saying that “little babies across the country who have been victims of crime also matter.”

“These children’s lives matter, and they depend on having police in their neighborhoods,” McEnany said. “This is just a totally blinded politician making a statement like this.”
