Kathy Griffin Takes Back Apology For Vile Trump Photo

Just three months after the fact, quasi-comedienne Kathy Griffin admitted what we already knew – she is not sorry about posting a picture of her holding the severed head of President Trump.

“I am no longer sorry,” Griffin defiantly stated. “The whole outrage was B.S.”

I’m shocked, shocked I say, that a Hollywood loon would blame you, the public, for misinterpreting her ‘edgy’ brand of comedy.

Well, not really. Within days of the incident, Griffin placed the blame squarely on the President himself, saying she was distraught over his administration’s actions and had been bullied by the Trump family.

Now, it’s everybody else’s fault. No accountability.

D-list comedian Kathy Griffin is no longer sorry for mimicking an ISIS terrorist by posing with a fake severed, bloodied head of President Donald Trump.

Griffin, who was forced to apologize for the sick stunt shortly after receiving heavy backlash, claims the public reaction was overblown. In other words, it’s your fault, not hers. Spoken like a true leftist.

“I am no longer sorry. The whole outrage was B.S.,” Griffin told Australian morning show Sunrise (video below). “The whole thing got so blown out of proportion.”

Griffin wasn’t finished there. She went on to call out former first daughter Chelsea Clinton and “Will and Grace” actress Debra Messing for criticizing her actions.

“I lost everybody,” she continued. “I had Chelsea Clinton tweeting against me. I had friends, like Debra Messing from ‘Will and Grace,’ tweeting against me.”

Just in case she had forgotten about Roseanne Barr, here’s a little reminder of her carefully worded, gentle criticism of her colleague …

Sunrise host Samantha Armytage suggested those criticisms were proof that Griffin had gone too far, prompting the comedienne to go even further off the rails.

“No, you’re full of crap, stop this!” Griffin shot back. “Stop acting like my little picture is more important than talking about the actual atrocities that the president of the United States is committing.”

“Atrocities.” Why isn’t she trying out for dramatic roles instead of comedic ones?

Griffin was eventually fired from just about every gig – minor as they may have been – for her stunt. Even Squatty Potty wanted nothing to do with her.

“I didn’t just lose one night on CNN,” she told viewers. “My entire tour was cancelled within 24 hours because every single theater got all these death threats.”

The only death threat here was the one Griffin made by posting that image. That’s why she had lengthy conversations with the Secret Service.
