Kanye West Reveals How Things Are ‘Better Now Than When Obama Was In Office’

He has spoken out in defense of the president on many occasions.

The rapper Kanye West just defied the leftwing entertainment world once again to say that President Donald Trump has improved his bottom line and that things are “better now than when [President] Obama was in office.”

In a new interview with GQ Magazine, West got candid about politics and his support for President Trump. When asked how he can wear a “Make America Great Again” hat, West said doing so makes him a “perpetual forward thinker,”

“I buy real estate. It’s better now than when Obama was in office,” he said. “They don’t teach you in school about buying property. They teach you how to become somebody’s property.”

The rapper went on to say that he is “definitely voting this time” in the presidential election in November.

“And we know who I’m voting on,” West said. “And I’m not going to be told by the people around me and the people that have their agenda that my career is going to be over. Because guess what: I’m still here!”

West pointed out that his 2019 album still made it to the top of the charts while taking a dig at Hillary Clinton for her failed 2016 presidential campaign and her “I’m With Her” slogan.

“I was told my career would end if I wasn’t with her,” he said. “What kind of campaign is that, anyway? That’s like if Obama’s campaign was ‘I’m with black.’ What’s the point of being a celebrity if you can’t have an opinion? Everybody make their own opinion! You know?”

When asked how his strong Christian faith plays a role in his politics, West said, “Both my parents were freedom fighters, and they used to drink from fountains they were told they couldn’t drink from, and they used to sit in restaurants where they were told they couldn’t eat from.”

“They didn’t fight for me to be told by white people which white person I can vote on,” he added with a laugh.

This isn’t the first time that West spoke out to defend his pro-Trump opinions, as last year, he said that liberals bully people who are Trump supporters.”

“For the greatest artist in human existence to put a red hat on was God’s practical joke on all liberals like, ‘Nooooo not Kanye,'” West said.

West has also indicated that he may one day go into politics, saying, “There will be a time when I will be the president of the U.S.”

It’s so refreshing to see a celebrity who actually has his own mind! We applaud West for continuing to refuse to submit to liberals by unapologetically supporting President Trump.
