Judge Napolitano Says FBI Has the ‘Smoking Gun’ for Hillary’s Prosecution

As reported by our colleague Walter White, Hillary Clinton’s 2017 got off to a rough start when the FBI released an additional 300 pages of records from its ongoing investigation into her illegal private email server.

Now, Judge Andrew Napolitano has declared that the new email dump “is a smoking gun if ever there was one,” adding that the revelations “ramp up the case for her prosecution.”

Whoa!

Napolitano spoke with Lou Dobbs about the email dump, which included evidence that Clinton sent confidential and secret messages on a regular basis to a non-government entity, along with evidence that accounts associated with her were hacked by foreign intelligence agencies.

Dobbs stated that the latest document release shows that FBI Director James Comey’s “judgment on the matter of prosecution was in error.”

Napolitano agreed, explaining “This is a smoking gun if ever there was one.”

“This ramps up the case for her prosecution to the point where, ironically, it may ramp up the case for President Obama to issue her a pardon and to take this off of Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions’ desk,” he added.

Trump famously declared during a presidential debate that Clinton would “be in jail” if he were in charge of the justice system.

But it just might be his pick for Attorney General that gets the ball rolling on Hillary’s prosecution.
