Juanita Broaddrick Blasts Oprah for Golden Globes Speech: ‘Funny I’ve Never Heard You Mention My Name’

Oprah is still in the headlines for her Golden Globe Awards speech on Sunday, which some crazies on the Left treated as if it were presidential. NBC even went as far as to imply that Oprah would be our next president in a now-deleted tweet (which the network says wasn’t authorized).

Her speech focused on sexual harassment in Hollywood. She told the audience, “For too long, women have not been heard or believed if they dared to speak their truth to the power to those men, but their time is up. Their time is up! A new day is on the horizon. And when that new day finally dawns, it will be because of a lot of magnificent women, many of whom are in this room tonight, and some pretty phenomenal men, fighting hard to make sure that they become the leaders who take us to the time when nobody ever has to say ‘Me Too’ again.”

And perhaps most incredible is the fact that she went through the entirety of her speech without once uttering the name “Harvey Weinstein.” We can only wonder why…

It’s amazing how over the course of a single speech, liberals have embraced a television star for president, isn’t it? Regardless, a source close to her had sobering news, saying, “It’s not happening. She has no intention of running.”

But speaking of sexual harassment and abuse, what about at the presidential level? Responding to a tweet summarizing Oprah’s speech, famous Bill Clinton sexual abuse victim Juanita Broaddrick said the following:

She then tweeted out the following in reaction to a photo of Oprah with Bill Clinton on her show.

Clinton was forced to settle a sexual harassment case with Paula Jones, and has been accused of sexual crimes ranging from harassment to assault by at least eight women.

Making matters worse, the Monica Lewinsky scandal did come up in one interview that Oprah had with Bill for Oprah Magazine in 2004. “What was the most difficult part of that time for you?” she asked Bill, as if he was the victim in the whole ordeal.
