Joy Behar, co-host of “The View,” celebrated her 20th year on the show Thursday, and celebrated by requesting President Trump resign as a gift to her.
The initial portion of the program delved into the news of the day. The panel discussed Michael Cohen’s guilty plea for lying to Congress. They then moved on to a discussion of Trump Tower Moscow and Paul Manafort, two more cases which have nothing to do with Russian collusion or tampering in the 2016 election.
Still, that didn’t prevent the comedian from demanding that the President tender his resignation, a gift to Behar for her 20 arduous years on the network.
“Today is a good day for Donald Trump to resign,” she insisted. “20 years for me, that would be my gift. That’s my gift. Donald do it for me, okay?”

Behar has been begging for Trump’s resignation
Granted, President Trump has only been in office for less than two years, but it seems like Behar has been begging for his resignation for her entire career.
“This could be it,” she predicted crossing her fingers. “This could be it.”
She thought it could be ‘it’ just a couple of weeks ago when Behar surmised the President couldn’t handle the stress he was under and needed to leave the White House.
“I think Trump needs to resign soon because I’m worried about his health,” she said.
Last November, “The View” co-host compared Trump to Al Franken and said, “If Franken has to resign, then Trump needs to resign, because he’s just as guilty of harassing women.”
One month later, she was screeching for the House of Representatives to impeach the President.
Behar’s Trump Derangement Syndrome should be cause for HER to resign
Behar, like many in Hollywood, suffers from an acute case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. There are few episodes that don’t end up in her obsessively attacking the President or even his children.
In that same anniversary episode, Behar claimed Trump should avoid using a pardon on Manafort because he’ll need to “save the pardons for his children.”
A further dive into her body of work in attacking the Trump’s includes:
- Behar claimed Hillary actually won the election before getting shut down by former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
- Asserted President Trump is less sane than dictators Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin.
- Joked about Stormy Daniels on First Lady Melania Trump’s birthday.
She, just Monday, instigated a shouting match with fellow co-host Meghan McCain, because the panel was completely incapable of covering the death of former President George H.W. Bush without attacking Trump.

Wow. 20 years is a long time to watch your career become a one-trick pony, anti-Trump clown show.
Maybe Behar should resign. We’re worried about her health.
