Ivanka Trump Works Out At DC GYM, The Owner Insults Her on Social Media

**UPDATE**

Commentators have taken to Twitter to slam the gym owner who attack Ivanka Trump:

First Daughter Ivanka Trump is learning the hard way that the President’s children are no longer left out of angry political arguments.

Ivanka, who has moved with her husband Jared Kushner to Washington, D.C., wanted to attend a workout class at a trendy Solidcore gym. She had to use a fake name, due to a potential security risk.

Just for working out at the gym, this happened:

The owner of trendy Washington-area gym chain Solidcore lashed out at Ivanka Trump over Facebook on Thursday after finding out the president’s eldest daughter took her exercise class.

“What you do when you find out Ivanka Trump just took [Solidcore], but used an alias to sign up for class? You reach out and ask for a meeting,” wrote Anne Mahlum, founder of Solidcore.

“While I don’t know her and I always seek to understand … I do know her father is threatening the rights of many of my beloved clients and coaches and as a business owner, I take my responsibility to protect and fight for my people very seriously.”

Mahlum opened her first Solidcore gym in 2013 and has since expanded throughout the D.C., Maryland, Virginia region, and throughout the country. As of late 2016, Solidcore employed 16 full-time employees and more than 100 part-time employees and contractors.

This post on Facebook has since been made private.

This is shameful, and the owner’s comments are wrong. Trump is not “taking away” anyone’s rights, and wants to limit the size of government.

Plus, it’s obvious that Ivanka Trump is more liberal than her father.

It is outrageous that the President’s daughter can’t even go to a gym without being insulted in a public away. This type of behavior is troubling and unacceptable.
