According to newly unsealed court papers obtained exclusively by The Daily Mail, Hunter Biden complained about his personal financial information being “open to the world’s media” and also not being available on the night before Christmas Eve for a deposition addressing his paternity case.
Biden is in the middle of a high profile legal tussle with former stripper Lunden Roberts, who claimed in May that Biden was the father of her 16-month-old child. Last month, a DNA test proved Biden was indeed the father of the child.

Hunter Biden On The Ropes
Roberts, 28, seeks child support from Biden, who is 49, and wants to see his financial details so it can fairly be established by the court how much he should pay.
Biden was trying to keep the case a private matter, but a judge ruled on Thursday to unseal Biden’s filing, saying he didn’t consider it to contain confidential information.
The court paper also reveals Biden’s legal team tried to use Biden’s father, former Vice President Joe Biden, to keep the deposition sealed, arguing that information that came from it scheduled for December 23 could “unreasonably annoy, embarrass or oppress” the younger Biden and his family.
His lawyers went even further, asking the judge to quash the deposition, arguing that handing over an affidavit of his financial means should provide Roberts with “all relevant information for any argument of temporary child support.”

Roberts accused Biden on Wednesday of refusing to hand over his financial records, filing papers that would compel him to do so.
Hunter Biden reportedly met Roberts while she was working as a stripper at the club Mpire in Washington D.C. Their child was born last August.
Roberts’ reportedly wants Biden’s financial records to potentially show how much he should pay in child support, in addition to showing he can afford paying for her $11k legal bill.
Without question, this whole controversy is “embarrassing” to Biden and his family, but sometimes one’s actions mean consequences.
Hunter Biden can’t run from them. No matter who his family is.
