Hey, Hillary! Whatever happened to providing support and empowering women?
Hillary Clinton, in an interview with Dutch TV, slammed Ivanka Trump when asked about the possibility of a White House run for the First Daughter.
Rather than encouraging her to shatter the glass ceiling, Clinton simply responded to the thought of a President Ivanka Trump with, “That’s not going to happen.”
“We don’t want any more inexperienced Trumps in the White House,” the two-time failed presidential candidate added. “I think the American people have seen for themselves what happens when a reality TV candidate wins.”

Man, you can just hear the bitterness in her voice. It’s palpable.
We do agree with one aspect of Clinton’s statements – the American people have seen what happens when a reality TV candidate wins:
- Historic levels of conservative judicial nominations.
- Tax cuts and worker bonuses.
- Massive levels of deregulation, freeing businesses to thrive.
- Wiping out the Islamic State.
- Repealing much of the Obama legacy, such as the individual mandate.
- Record stock market numbers, wealth and job creation, and rising consumer confidence.
- Record low unemployment rates for blacks and Hispanics.
- A massive drop in the number of people on food stamps.
Yea, who wants that kind of success in the White House?
And the ‘that’s not going to happen’ prediction, I think we’ve heard that before. Every media outlet and Democrat in America predicted a Trump presidency wasn’t going to happen in 2016. Yet, here we are.
In fact, polls conducted well into his presidency show that President Trump would still beat Hillary.

As for Ivanka, she isn’t asked often about a presidential run, but when she is, the idea doesn’t get dismissed out of hand.
In a 2015 interview with Town & Country, Ivanka spoke of entering politics, saying “It’s not something I’ve ever been inclined to do, but I’m 34, so who knows?”
Hillary thinks she knows all but she was sure she’d be the first female president of the United States already.
Why isn’t she? Because America didn’t want any more Clintons in the White House.
