Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton went after President Trump on Twitter Wednesday, saying he used “racist rhetoric” when he called coronavirus a “Chinese virus.”
Hillary Says Trump is Using ‘Racist Rhetoric’
“The president is turning to racist rhetoric to distract from his failures to take the coronavirus seriously early on, make tests widely available, and adequately prepare the country for a period of crisis,” Clinton tweeted. “Don’t fall for it. Don’t let your friends and family fall for it.”

President Trump defended calling the disease a “Chinese virus” on Tuesday and fairly so–the illness that originated in Wuhan, China.
Why is this even controversial?

Trump: ‘It did come from China, so I think it’s a very accurate term’
“I have to call it where it came from, it did come from China, so I think it’s a very accurate term,” the President said during a press conference.
Trump said he began using the term after China began claiming America’s military was the source of the virus.
“Well, China was putting out information which was false, that our military gave this to them, that was false,” Trump said.

Trump does not believe noting that the disease came from China would create a “stigma.”
“No I don’t think so. I think that saying our military gave it to them creates a stigma,” Trump said.
On Monday, Trump tweeted on Monday that the U.S. would assist industries affected by the “Chinese Virus.”
The United States will be powerfully supporting those industries, like Airlines and others, that are particularly affected by the Chinese Virus. We will be stronger than ever before!

President Trump Says America Will Come Out ‘Stronger Than Ever Before’
“The United States will be powerfully supporting those industries, like Airlines and others, that are particularly affected by the Chinese Virus,” President Trump tweeted.
“We will be stronger than ever before!” he added.
Again, if this global pandemic-causing disease originated in China, why on earth would it be controversial to say this? Is “Russian” vodka racist? How about “German” chocolate?
As if you needed another example that the modern left is completely insane, Hillary Clinton and her Democrat friends are giving you this one anyway.
