Like a bad rash that just won’t go away, Hillary Clinton felt the need to weigh in on the Jan. 6 Committee hearings investigating the Capitol riot.

With an astonishing lack of self-awareness and failure to see irony, she accused former President Donald Trump of choosing “to wage a criminal conspiracy to overturn the results and prevent the peaceful transfer of power for the first time in American history.”

Was Another Election ‘Stolen?’

But wait, wasn’t Hillary herself the ‘victim’ of a ‘stolen’ election? She told us countless times that she was. In fact, she still believes it, and again in an astonishing display of irony, just can’t stop talking about it.

In 2020, four years after she lost in 2016, she enumerated to host Kara Swisher on the podcast “Sway” all the reasons why the election was stolen from her.

She told us that former FBI Director James Comey’s letter to congress detailing an investigation into her emails was the cause in some states.

Reviving her “vast right-wing conspiracy” talking point from years past, she also blamed “disinformation.” And of course there was, to use a more modern phrase, “systemic” sexism that permeates America.

To be perfectly clear, she expressly rejected the results of the election: “I was the candidate that they basically stole an election from.”

It’s nothing new, though. In 2019, she claimed Donald Trump was an “illegitimate” president.

In 2017, she said she would not “rule out” questioning the election results.

Let’s not forget also, Russian bots, self-hating women, voter suppression, the media….

Hillary Clinton wasn’t done, not by a long shot. She took the concept of ‘sore loser’ to a height never seen before, even in American politics. Last month, during the trial of Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified that not only did Hillary know about the effort to allege ties between Trump and a Russian bank, she approved of information being tipped to the media.

Back in March, the Federal Election commission fined the Democrat National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign for improper disclosures about money spent on opposition research. That research led to the now-infamous Steele Dossier. The dossier also accused Trump of colluding with Russia to win the election.

Conservatives on Twitter wasted no time taking Hillary on a trip down memory lane. Washington Times Columnist Tim Young reminded Clinton of her attempted Russia hoax.

Former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Curt Schilling aimed both barrels at Hillary:

Conservative commentator Monica Crowley summed up exactly what is going on:

During her podcast appearance, Hillary said of American voters who had the nerve to vote for someone other than her, “There is something deeply unsettling to a strata of American voters about a woman getting that close to being president.”

But then stated about being president, “I was born for that…”

There is something deeply unsettling about someone who thinks they were “born” to be president.
