I’ve been in this situation before, since I have twin daughters. When they were the age of this little baby in the video below, I know exactly how this mom felt when she started barking out the word “no,” trying to sway the infant away from tipping over the glass.
The baby in this video will make you smile from ear to ear because not only did the little love muffin listen to mom, she seems to taunt her frantic parent!

Last year, a video surfaced on the web of a particularly grumpy Persian cat and a cup of water that delighted viewers to no end. It featured the misbehaving feline sitting on the edge of a coffee table staring at the liquid receptacle with a malicious gleam in her eye.
The mischievous cat looked at her owner, Jennifer Morales, as she pushed the cup of water dangerously close to the edge of the table. Morales kept her cool and tried to persuade her fur child to leave the cup alone, but to no avail. With one final taunting glance, the cat swatted the glass off the edge of the table and onto the floor.
In the video below, submitted to America’s Funniest Home Videos, a human child seems to have caught onto the same mischievous train of thought.
The little one, who can’t be more than a year old, goes to knock a glass of the coffee table as mom frantically tells him no. Every time mom voices her cry for reason, the little guy looks back in acknowledgment and then moves the glass a little closer to the edge.
The adorable antics are nearly too much to handle.
I could watch that video again and again. This is a great way to unwind if you’re having a hectic day.
