Well, this just made things way more interesting.
This morning on “Fox & Friends”, Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor who is now part of President Trump’s legal team, suggested that the alleged FBI mole on the Trump campaign may not have been working alone.
Just this morning, President Trump himself sounded off about the supposed mole that was feeding the FBI information from his campaign.
Wow, word seems to be coming out that the Obama FBI “SPIED ON THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN WITH AN EMBEDDED INFORMANT.” Andrew McCarthy says, “There’s probably no doubt that they had at least one confidential informant in the campaign.” If so, this is bigger than Watergate!

The President is right. If the FBI had a mole on the campaign of a private citizen, that suggests surveillance abuse of the highest level.
But as Trump’s legal team looks for a way to use this to defend the President from the Mueller probe, Giuliani may have just let slip a new crucial detail in the FBI spying scandal.
Take a look:
“@POTUS wants to testify. He wants to give his side of the case, which he believes is the truthful one. He keeps saying to me, ‘I’ve never talked to any Russians… What is this nonsense about Russians?'”

Here’s the key quote from Giuliani: “I’m shocked to hear that they [the FBI] put a spy in the campaign of a major party candidate, or maybe two spies…”
Having not one but two spies on a private citizens’ campaign looks really bad for the FBI. And thanks to an explosive New York Times report this morning outlining how the FBI was interviewing former Trump campaign staff during the election, Giuliani suggests that the President’s legal team may try to get the entire Mueller investigation thrown out.
And why not? The whole thing has been based on lies. Former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified information to start the Special Counsel investigation. The FBI hasn’t been truthful about its efforts looking into the Trump campaign. The whole thing is a shameless sham that should have never happened in the first place.
