General Michael Flynn Shares Patriotic Video After Bombshell Report Shows FBI Tried To ‘Get Him to Lie’

General Michael Flynn shared a simple 12-second clip of an American flag waving in the wind following bombshell reports that showed the FBI used their interview with him as a means to “get him to lie.”

Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI over contacts with Russia in late 2017, but his lawyers have been insisting they have documents proving he was “set up.”

Documents unsealed by the Department of Justice seem to vindicate the former National Security Adviser.

Handwritten notes from January 24, 2017, the very day agents interviewed Flynn, show the possible intent behind the FBI’s questioning.

“What is our goal?” the notes read. “Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

Vindication

President Trump this past Sunday retweeted a post from Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo suggesting Flynn would be “completely exonerated,” opening up speculation that he may be considering a pardon.

These reports, however, are so stunning and brazenly revealing of an FBI plot to entrap Flynn, that it would seem necessary for the judge to vacate his guilty plea.

Flynn’s lawyers argue that the notes provide proof that he was “deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI.”

Not only should they lead to exoneration for Flynn, but there needs to be a deep dive into the James Comey-led FBI and any remaining agents leading to dismissal from their government jobs, loss of pensions, or pursuit of their own criminal investigations.

Representative Paul Gosar (R-AZ) suggests the same, tweeting, “Bombshell documents reveal General Flynn was set up by the FBI. We must hold the Comey Cabal accountable, including McCabe, Yates, McCord, Strzok, and Pientka!”

The General, meanwhile, quietly celebrated the truth coming out with reverence for America …

Trump Hammers CNN

The media, quite predictably, is doing their best to suppress the mega-story from seeing the light of day. They did, after all, team up with the FBI to smear this man as a traitor and a Russian agent for years.

President Trump hammered CNN for not covering the story or correcting the record.

“[CNN] doesn’t want to speak about their persecution of General Michael Flynn [and] why they got the story so wrong,” Trump tweeted.

“They, along with others, should pay a big price for what they have purposely done to this man [and] his family,” he continued. “They won’t even cover the big breaking news about this scam!”

Former FBI Director Comey has been strangely silent since the story broke.

“I can’t even tell you how outraged I am by all of this,” Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell told Fox News, adding that she expects “even more stunning” revelations in upcoming document releases.

Comey’s house of cards is crumbling.

Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino laid out a very good rundown of actions that need to take place immediately.

The President’s son, Donald Trump Jr. concurred but noted, “Flynn doesn’t need to be pardoned, he did nothing wrong, he needs to be fully exonerated with all charges dropped immediately!”

This would be the only acceptable outcome at this point. But the need to pursue the people behind this set up must also occur. We can’t continue allowing corrupt scum to smear the reputation of great Americans, allowing them to destroy the reputation of American institutions, and allowing them to get away with these blatant crimes.

This must stop.
