When you say something so insane that even Cher thinks you’re off your rocker, then you’ve truly accomplished something extraordinary.
Bernie Sanders has done just that.
At a town hall event on Monday, Senator Sanders defended the right of felons to vote, including murderers, rapists and more specifically, Boston Marathon terrorist Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
“I think the right to vote is inherent to our democracy. Yes, even for terrible people …” the 2020 presidential candidate said adding, “I do believe that even if they are in jail … that should not take away their inherent American right to participate in our democracy.”

Even Hollywood liberal and all-caps connoisseur Cher took umbrage with the desire to grant criminals the right to vote.
“Does Bernie Sanders Really Believe Ppl In Prison Who Are Murderers⁉️ Rapists⁉️ Child Molesters⁉️ BOSTON BOMBERS.…STILL DESERVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE⁉️” she asked in a social media post the following day.
In short, like McCain, she seems to find the frontrunner for the Democrat nomination to be thoroughly insane.
Cher Doubles Down
Cher backed up her original statement when a follower accused her of being racist for opposing Bernie’s ‘terrorists should vote’ platform.
“Who cares about a few terrorists?” the user responded, encapsulating the entire Democrat platform on border security and foreign policy in six words.
“We want to enfranchise those who have wrongfully had their right to vote taken away,” they added. “Why would a rich, white lady care about disenfranchised POC [people of color], right?”
Cher, as she’s known to do, didn’t hold back, blasting this person for turning the argument to one of racism.
“Excuse The [f***] Out Of Me If I don’t want, Murders, Rapists, [and] CHILD MOLESTERS of every color to vote,” she blasted.
In another tweet, she made a similar comment stating that she didn’t believe “convicted child molesters, murderers or rapists still in prison should keep right to vote.”
According to Breitbart News, both the original and the follow-up tweets have since been deleted.
Woke Cher
This is the second time in less than two weeks that Cher became yet another example of the blind squirrel theory, waking up to the reality that some liberal policies are simply too insane even for her.
Last Monday she questioned the wisdom of allowing illegal immigrants to gain sanctuary and benefits in her city of Los Angeles when they, and the state of California, can’t even take care of their own American citizens as it is.
“If My State Can’t Take Care of Its Own (Many Are VETS) How Can it Take Care Of More,” she openly pondered on social media.
Cher’s comments led President Trump to joke that the two were on the same side of an issue.

In the span of about 10 days the famed singer has figured out that two major platforms of the Democrat party are bats*** crazy – felon voting rights and illegal immigration.
Is Cher finally waking up, or is it just a temporary lapse of intelligence until her fellow liberals get her back in line?
