A DNC job announcement for positions in the Technology Department is making the rounds on social media for all the wrong reasons.
The e-mail, which Daily Wire writer Elliott Hamilton says was circulated amongst Democrat insiders, is blatantly discriminatory against straight white males.
Despite stressing that the department is “focused on hiring and maintaining a staff of diverse voices,” Data Services Manager Madeleine Leader wrote that she “would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they’re already in the majority.”

Imagine for a moment, that an RNC worker circulated a job announcement with the exact opposite terms – ‘would prefer that you not forward to any gay black women.’
Fired. Immediately. And rightfully so.
A source within the committee told the Daily Wire that, “Clearly the DNC is doubling down on a failed strategy that has alienated staffers and voters alike.”
The source added, “We want to be judged based on the quality of our work, not on identity politics.”
It’s not a failed strategy, it’s a core belief that straight white males are privileged and should, therefore, be discriminated against. It’s racist. And it’s illegal.

The email is reminiscent of a job announcement sent out in 2016 by Deputy Chair of the DNC, Keith Ellison, in which they were actively seeking “anyone who isn’t a straight, white able-bodied male to send in an application.”
Most job applications and/or announcements include some sort of phrase which indicates the employer “does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.”
This one by the DNC however, is encouraging discrimination. Truly amazing!
