Here’s the Difference Between President Obama and a Real President Combating Terrorists

Capture

While a majority of Americans are opposed to bringing more Syrian refugees into the country, based on fears that radical Islamic terrorists could infiltrate the group and carry out Paris-styled attacks, President Obama is doing everything in his power to make those fears a reality.

The President vetoed a House bill last week that would apply additional scrutiny to refugees from Syria and Iraq. His wanton ignorance is leaving America vulnerable to an attack, and providing sanctuary to terrorists.

Perhaps Obama should take a lesson from former President Ronald Reagan, who had some very specific ideas about providing sanctuary to terrorists.

In an address to the nation in 1986, Reagan said that “self-defense is not only our right, it is our duty.”

He added:

“I warned that there should be no place on earth where terrorists can rest and train and practice their deadly skills. I meant it. I said that we would act with others, if possible, and alone, if necessary to ensure that terrorists have no sanctuary anywhere. Tonight, we have.”

No sanctuary anywhere – especially on our own soil.

Obama has not only not been handling the threat of terrorism from ISIS and other Muslim extremist groups, but the actual attacks on Paris and other allies of our nation have gone virtually unnoticed by him. Contrast that response to that of the great President Ronald Reagan and I couldn’t have wished for anything more than to have Reagan back again in the Oval Office. Wait until you hear the difference for yourself…

Watch the clip of Obama versus Reagan below …

“He counted on America to be passive,” Reagan said. “He counted wrong.”

Today, ISIS is counting on America to be passive. Unfortunately, they know full well America has a President who focuses on combating terrorists with a jobs program and a James Taylor concert.

Passive is his middle name.
