Appearing at the “Time 100 Summit” in New York City on Tuesday, former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton basically said that despite Robert Mueller not finding any evidence of Russian collusion or criminal activity in his nearly two-year investigation, President Trump should be indicted anyway.

“I think there’s enough there that any other person who had engaged in those acts would certainly have been indicted,” Clinton said, “But because of the rule in the Justice Department that you can’t indict a sitting president, the whole matter of obstruction was very directly sent to the Congress.”

Clinton, pointing to the obstruction section of the Mueller report, said that it “could not be clearer” that Congress should act.

“Basically, what I thought it was saying is, ‘Look, we think he obstructed justice — here are 11 examples of why we think he obstructed justice, but we’re under the control of the Justice Department, and their rule is you can’t indict,” Clinton said.

“But we do have checks and balance in America, and there is this thing called the Congress,” Clinton continued. “I mean you could not be more explicit than, ‘Please, look at this. You may look at it and conclude that it doesn’t rise to an impeachable offense — that’s your job — but I’m giving this to you.”

At one point Clinton was asked about impeaching Trump. Hillary said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is “right to be cautious,” and that such a move should “be something undertaken in a really serious, diligent way, based on evidence.”

Well, apparently she thinks there is enough evidence for an indictment. Despite the fact that after nearly two years of exhaustive investigating, Robert Mueller found no evidence of collusion with Russia, no evidence of obstruction and no evidence of any criminal activity whatsoever.*

Remember, this is the same woman who used to mock conservatives who used to chant “Lock Her Up” based on her own alleged criminal wrongdoings.

Hillary says she never did anything wrong – but now she wants to indict Donald Trump after he’s been officially cleared of any illegal activities?
