Former President Bill Clinton is no longer the charming, serial-adulterer he once was. Just like Hillary Clinton, age has taken it’s toll on Bill. And after major health issues, both of their medical reports have been hidden.
But speaking to millions of viewers of last night’s Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Philadelphia, viewers noticed something strange during Clinton’s speech. Watch (below) and see just how shaky his hand is. That is not normal, and looks very serious:

For years, the rumor has been that Clinton has long-suffered from Parkinson’s and has been taking medication to cover it up. These rumors started long ago, but are yet to be confirmed:
“I have a condition that sometimes you get with aging,” Clinton said while speaking at an event associated with the Humana Challenge golf tournament, which is sponsored by the Clinton Foundation. “You may have noticed it; my hand has a little tremor when I’m tired and a lot of people do when they’re older.”
Clinton revealed his initial worry that the tremor could be related to Parkinson’s, a progressive disorder of the nervous system that affects movement and sometimes starts with slight tremor in one hand.
“The first time it happened, I had to go get myself checked to make sure I didn’t have Parkinson’s [disease],” Clinton said.
