Former “Will & Grace” star Debra Messing took to Twitter on Tuesday to call President Donald Trump a “rapist” and a “pedophile,” including the hashtags “#TrumpIsARapist” and “#TrumpisaPedo.”

The Hollywood liberal was obviously trying to get those hashtags trending – and Twitter to date hasn’t seemed interested in fact-checking her serious accusations against the President.

Messing Goes On Anti-Trump Tweet Spree

When Democratic operative Jon Cooper tweeted similar accusations against Trump, Messing followed suit.

“This is not hyperbole,” Cooper tweeted. “@realDonaldTrump is a pedophile. He partied with known pedophiles. He defended politicians who are pedophiles. He has raped & sexually assaulted young women, one of whom alleged that he raped her when she was 13 years old. #PedoTrump”

Then Messing shared more posts continuing to accuse Trump of the same horrible acts.

Social Media Users Take The Bait

Many social media users took the bait and began using the hashtags that Messing had made, despite the lack of evidence to support the allegations in them.

Why Doesn’t Twitter Fact-Check Such Outlandish And Baseless Accusations?

Breitbart News reported that Twitter’s communications department didn’t respond to a query from the outlet. However, Twitter officials did go out their way to fact-check Trump and even blocked some of the President’s tweets due to alleged misleading information about election rules.

Bashing Trump on Twitter is nothing new for Messing, who has more than 653,000 followers. But these latest accusations are arguably her most aggressive and misleading so far.

Yes, absolutely

Messing Constantly Uses Social Media To Promote Biden

Messing WAS fact-checked by Twitter in June after Breitbart News reported that the actress posted a fake photo that attempted to compare President Trump to Adolf Hitler. The tweet was eventually taken down.

The actress has used her social media to support Joe Biden’s presidential bid and has constantly used her social media influencer status to promote the Biden-Harris ticket as well as other Democrats running during the 2020 election cycle.
