Marriage is a sacrament and the adventure of a lifetime. But more than 55% of marriages end in divorce. They are expensive and break up families. And it’s always difficult on the children.
Couples who once loved each other end up hating each other. They find out too late that they can’t stand living with each other.
But when this couple (below) finished the long divorce process, the husband wrote a “break up” letter to his wife. It is absolutely incredible… No one expected this.
You have to see this!

This seems like a cop-out. If this is the way he truly feels, he obviously did not much to communicate this DURING the marriage and made her feel loved. Not saying this is all his fault--it usually never is.
Unless someone was unfaithful and/or homicidal and/or sexually abusive to the children, divorce is NEVER the answer. You work on your issues. Just when it seems like there is no hope--that is the time that the break-through occurs and the commitments made anew.
This sounds to me like this dude is HAPPY to have it all over with and feels "freed" from the "shackles" of marriage. This was probably his position during the marriage, which never makes a woman feels wanted and loved. I am not preaching here--I speak from experience and am guilty of making my wife feel unloved many times.
My prayer for all couples that started from loving each other is that they never quit because that is when God comes in and blesses the commitment they made to Him in the covenant of marriage.
to bad they both could not have fought harder to stay togther neither one wins in this divorce. sad so sad.
Really so they gave up! its not sweet, they are what is wrong with America, its death till you part for a reason! :) this entire article is trash and about 2 loses that quit! WHIMPS!

This is a rarity and most touching. I wish my divorce could have been like that but although my ex said things like that, behind my back he was telling terrible stories about me and turning our sons against me. I did go to his funeral as I promised him and was humiliated by his neighbors and my younger son as I'm sure he intended. This is definitely an exception and I hope he truly means what he says and stands by it.
