CNN’s Van Jones Says He Was 'Crying' Over Biden Inauguration: 'Thank God, Hallelujah, And Jesus'

CNN political commentator Van Jones said during coverage of President Joe Biden’s inauguration ceremony that he broke down in tears watching the new administration take its place in Washington.

Jones said, “It’s just memorizing to watch a functional government doing functional government type things.”

It’s not the first time Biden has brought Jones to tears.

Jones On President Biden: ‘Thank God, Hallelujah, And Jesus, I’m So Happy’

“I mean, just a press conference, and there was a human, and the person said words, and the words made sense,” Jones said.

The CNN host then seemed to marvel at the supposed normalcy of it all.

“Then somebody asked a question, and then the person answered the question, and you are just crying,” Jones said. “Oh my God.”

CNN’s Anderson Cooper said to an emotional Jones, “This is like a “Saturday Night Live” skit.”

Panelist David Axelrod chimed in, “How long will this go on?”

Jones replied, “I don’t know. It is wonderful.”

“Thank God, hallelujah, and Jesus, I’m so happy,” Jones said.

This wasn’t the first time Jones “cried” on CNN.

Leftists’ Patronizing Coverage Of Biden Is An Insult To All Americans

Jones added during the inauguration on Wednesday, “Then you had Biden literally was just swearing in the people and telling them to be nice to each other, and if you don’t, I’m going to fire you.”

“That was powerful,” Jones finished.

You know what else was powerful?

The optics of a mainstream media that absolutely gushed over Joe Biden entering the White House that never had one fair or good word for President Donald Trump’s White House for four long years.

It is powerful that Trump supporters see just how much the people entrusted with delivering them the news do not respect them.

We all have have our biases and diverse beliefs.

But the blatant one-sidedness on full display during Biden’s inauguration was a stark reminder that left-leaning media personalities have zero tolerance for anyone who doesn’t think exactly like they do.

To drive that point home, former George W. Bush Communications Director Nicolle Wallace told her MSNBC audience that she would create a policy “that a Republican must assert the truth before they’re allowed to share any other views.”

If yesterday was any indication, it should be perfectly clear that the liberal media will not do it’s job while Democrats hold the White House.
