Who would ever believe that CNN’s Wolf Blitzer would practice journalism by asking pertinent questions in an interview with former CIA Director Leon Panetta? Well, it happened. Both men have been forced into this position after learning Hillary Clinton and the DNC helped pay for the infamous Trump dossier.
Blitzer asked Panetta how could the chair of the DNC and Clinton campaign but not know anything about payments to the law firm that reached out to ex-British spy Christopher Steele to develop the damning info on Trump.
Here’s how Panetta answered, via NTK Network: “Well, it’s obviously something that the Intelligence Committee is going to have to look at. You know, knowing presidential campaigns, they’re big operations and somehow the left hand may not know what the right hand is doing. And that could be the case here.”
Panetta also admitted the following: “I really do think that the committee is going to have to get into this, determine just exactly what happened. Who knew what and when?”
Well, duh.
Blitzer asking questions to Panetta about Hillary and the DNC was one thing but then he followed it up by asking why Clinton campaign attorney Marc Elias neglected to tell Clinton campaign Chair John Podesta that they had paid for the dossier.
Here’s Panetta: “Well, it certainly makes the situation very awkward. If you’re testifying and saying you have no knowledge, and the attorney sitting next to you is one of those that knew what was involved here, I think it does raise an issue that the committee is going to have to look at and determine just exactly who knew what.”

Most of us will conclude liberals like Blitzer can’t run from these facts because they are everywhere. Turning his head to the shady dealings of the Clinton campaign would doom his TV career. Americans are not falling for the “okey dokey” switch with Mueller’s investigation.
