Classified Documents Show Obama Spied on Americans for Years

Describing them as “serious constitutional abuses,” a Circa report has revealed that previously top secret documents show that President Barack Obama spied on Americans for years.

The National Security Agency (NSA), according to the report, “routinely violated American privacy protections” and “failed to disclose the extent of the problems until the final days before Donald Trump was elected president.”

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) claim these newly disclosed violations rank as some of the most serious to ever be documented.

Neema Singh Guliani, the ACLU’s legislative counsel in Washington, said “I think what this emphasizes is the shocking lack of oversight of these programs.”

Even more shocking, the data picked up by the NSA effected one in every twenty Americans.

More than 5 percent, or one out of every 20 searches seeking upstream Internet data on Americans inside the NSA’s so-called Section 702 database violated the safeguards Obama and his intelligence chiefs vowed to follow in 2011, according to one classified internal report reviewed by Circa.

The Obama administration self-disclosed the problems at a closed-door hearing Oct. 26 before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that set off alarm. Trump was elected less than two weeks later.

Senator Rand Paul caused a bit of an uproar when he claimed earlier this month that he and another Senator may have been under surveillance by the former administration.

“I know one other senator who’s already confided to me that he was surveilled by the Obama administration, including his phone calls,” Paul told Fox News.

That report cited by Paul lifted the curtain on Obama’s surveillance efforts, saying the administration “significantly expanded efforts to search National Security Agency intercepts for information about Americans, distributing thousands of intelligence reports across government with the unredacted names of U.S. residents during the midst of a divisive 2016 presidential election.”

Now it appears that the spying had been “significantly expanded” to include every day Americans, as well as members of Congress.

It wasn’t that long ago when the media and Democrats were mocking President Trump for being paranoid about the previous administration spying on him. Turns out, Trump was right again.

  • So what will be done about it? All the bomb shells that have been dropped and breaking have panned out to be anything.

  • And Nixon was guilty of covering up for many of his trusted inner circle and this limp dick goat humping mulatto was spying on congress, the supreme court and ordinary citizens and will probably get a pass. It's way past time that term limits are enacted for ALL politicians and judges and most journalists are stripped of their protection under the 1st amendment.

  • Obama and his inner circle were the SDSers back in the 1960's handing out literature on the college quad in front of a table with a Che poster on it. The only right to them is what they can get away with.

  • obama never liked our laws or Constitution so he ignored them and did as he pleased. Now it is time for him to pay the price behind bars for breaking our laws and Constitution. He hates America and will do anything to overthrow our government and replace it with communism and sharia law.

  • So this is the level of humanitythat the democRATS have achieved; screw the country over and wiretap, spy and punish America for their personal gain: time to shut down this obnoxious and criminal blight on the country!

  • Thanks to the laws passed by w when he was in office. That's nothing compared to republicans being bribed into letting our internet providers collect and sale everything you do on the internet and track everyone on your cell phone, and track were you and your children are. But no outcry on that.
