Police In Obama’s Chicago Say Torture Video of White Special Needs Victim May Not Be a Hate Crime

Anti-Trump Violence

In a truly disturbing story covered on these pages, a white special needs male was brutally tortured by at least four young black adults in a video posted to Facebook live.

The victim was bound, repeatedly kicked and hit, had his scalp cut and burned with cigarettes, all while the assailants shouted “f*** Donald Trump! F*** white people!” along with other racial slurs.

Now, the Chicago police want you to believe that the video may not actually constitute a hate crime.

During a segment on the video (seen below), CNN’s Don Lemon struck a cautious tone not afforded Trump supporters accused of a crime, indicating he can’t say it’s a hate crime because police have not labelled it as such.

On Lemon’s panel, democrat strategist Symone Sanders agreed that the torture video may not constitute a hate crime.

“I’m gonna say something that’s probably not very popular,” Sanders began. “We cannot callously go about classifying things as a hate crime.”

The police, by remaining silent on labeling an attack that involved the phrase “f*** white people” as a ‘hate crime,’ appear to agree.

Yet the law is quite clear …

We have spent months now hearing story after story of hate crime hoaxes, allegedly perpetrated by Donald Trump supporters, consistently pushed before any facts were in. They were labelled ‘hate crimes’ almost immediately, though most turned out to be hoaxes.

Now we have actual video of a violent crime perpetrated by sick individuals yelling “f*** white people” and we can’t label it a hate crime?!

Imagine it were reversed …

Not only are the police unable to label it a hate crime, but they’re saying these same thugs yelling “f*** Donald Trump” weren’t carrying out a politically motivated crime.

Via Fox 32:

Although President-elect Donald Trump was mentioned, Chicago Police do not believe the crime was politically motivated.

“I think some of it is just stupidity, people just ranting about something that they think might make a headline. I don’t think that at this point we have anything concrete to really point us in that direction, but we’ll keep investigating and we’ll let the facts guide us on how this concludes,” Supt. Johnson said.

If they were cursing out Hillary Clinton or radical Muslims, would the police be equally as hesitant to label this a hate or politically motivated crime?

We think not.
