Ever since President Donald Trump took office, the pop singer Cher has become infamous for her frequent unhinged and nonsensical attacks on him. This week, however, Cher took her craziness to a whole new level when she pushed the bizarre conspiracy theory that Trump does not want to help white liberals through the COVID-19 pandemic.

“WHAT IF trump DOESNT WANT 2 SAVE”EVERYONE”FROM THE VIRUS .NO BLUE STATES,NO PPL OF COLOR,NO POOR, WHITE LIBERALS,” Cher tweeted using mostly all capital letters. “WHAT IF trump ONLY WANTS WHITES & WHITE SUPREMACIST.HE LOVES STATUE OF SLAVE OWNER,& MURDERER  OF NATIVE AMERICANS. trail of tears ANDREW JACKSON.”

Cher was referring to the statue of Andrew Jackson outside the White House, one which Antifa rioters vandalized and tried to remove. Last month, Trump revealed that he had signed an executive order to protect American monuments from those who wish to harm them.

“I just had the privilege of signing a very strong Executive Order protecting American Monuments, Memorials, and Statues—and combatting recent Criminal Violence,” Trump tweeted. “Long prison terms for these lawless acts against our Great Country!”

Last month, Cher claimed that if Trump is reelected, he will send America into a “deadly downward spiral.”

I SAY FLIPPANT THINGS,I ALSO SAY”MANY”SERIOUS ONES, BUT WE ARE IN MORE TROUBLE THAN ANY OF US COULD HAVE IMAGINED,” she wrote. “IF trump IS ELECTED 4 A 2ND TIME,WE’LL FIND OURSELVES IN DEADLY, DOWNWARD SPIRAL,WE’LL NEVER BE ABLE TO PULL OURSELVES OUT OF. Trump WILL TAKE US WHERE HE LIVES.”

Cher explained in a recent interview that she has hated Trump since before he took office. “I had only heard about him when I lived in New York but I had a place in Aspen and we used to go skiing there,” she said. “I met him a couple of times at a restaurant called Mezzaluna. He was always so starved for attention. Everyone in there was rich or famous, but he kept getting up to get salt or tomato sauce or to go to the bathroom.”

“He made a tour around that restaurant three or four times. And I was thinking, ‘Oh my God, do you see yourself or have any awareness about what everyone in this room is thinking?’ It’s like when he used to call up magazines pretending to be his own press agent. He’s a con artist that had a TV show,” Cher added.

She went on to claim that she would scale back her hatred for Trump if he showed some compassion amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

“As much as I dislike Trump —and dislike doesn’t even come anywhere near to what I feel about him— if I thought that he was really interested in people and came up with something to help, I would give him some props, even though I think he would have nothing to do with it,” Cher continued. “If his administration would start saving lives, I’d back off for a while.”

Yeah right, Cher.
