Cher’s tweet was her reaction to the announcement Tuesday by the Supreme Court that it would uphold temporarily the President’s ban on transgender military members.
Comedian Sarah Silverman also chimed in – do Hollywood liberals just tweet all day? – to blast the Supreme Court decision, saying, “our trans military are heroes like the rest — more so —because they have to deal with this shit from people whose lives & way of life they are protecting.”
Cher also went after Trump for the government shutdown.

In November, Cher told The Washington Post she didn’t know if the the U.S. will “be great” again in her lifetime because of the “damage” inflicted by Trump.
“Eventually, it’s going to be great,” Cher said. “But I don’t know if I’ll see it in my lifetime, because Trump has done so much damage and I’m not sure people really understand how deep the damage goes.”
It’s amazing just how ill-informed these people with so much money and, apparently, so much free time on their hands continue to be.
If Cher spent half as much time working on new songs as she does attacking the President she might have a few new hits on her hands.
