Comedian Chelsea Handler just launched a truly vile attack on Republicans, saying that the party’s platform is “walls, guns, and racism.”

On Friday morning, Handler took to Twitter to tweet out the following:

“Democrats platform: Family. Military families, equality for women, equality for all people of color, brown and black alike. Unity. Compassion. Healthcare. Climate change. Love. Hope.

Republicans: Walls. Guns. Racism.”

Handler’s Racist Past

Handler is the last person who should be accusing anyone of “racism,” as she recently tweeted out a video of the known racist, anti-Semite, and homophobe Louis Farrakhan. Handler described the video as “powerful,” adding that she “learned a lot from it.” The video featured Farrakhan talking about race relations and white supremacy.

“Black people who were brought to this country were stripped of their names, language, culture, religion, God, and taken totally away from the history of themselves. Here are 30 million people who don’t wear their own names—they wear your names,” he said in the video, according to The Daily Beast.

After Handler was attacked, she initially stood by Farrakhan and the video.

”Another thing: perhaps Farrakhan’s anti-Semitic views took form during his own oppression. We know now that oppression of one race leads to an oppression of all races,” tweeted Handler, who is Jewish herself.

Handler Has Attacked Republicans Before

Despite this debacle, Handler continues to accuse President Donald Trump and his fellow Republicans of being “racists.”

“The more racist the right becomes, the more radical we become,” Handler tweeted back in May. “The more intolerant the right becomes, the more intolerant we become of you. The more you claim religion, the more you make a fool of religion. If you think hate wins, and murder is reasonable, vote Republican.”

If Handler wants to see what an ignorant racist looks like, she might want to just look in the mirror.
