Bernie Sanders: Trump Taking Out Iranian Terrorist Just Like Putin Assassinating Dissidents

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders compared President Trump’s killing of Iranian terrorist Qassem Soleimani to Russian president Vladimir Putin assassinating political rivals.
Paraphrasing the movie Spinal Tap – Bernie just took the crazy to 11.
Sanders was one of the first candidates seeking the White House to refer to the rocket attack that killed Soleimani – a man who killed over 600 Americans – as an “assassination.”
“This guy, you know, was, as bad as he was, an official of the Iranian government,” Sanders told CNN. “And, you unleash – then, if China does that, you know, if Russia does that, you know, Russia has been implicated under Putin with assassinating dissidents.”
“So once you’re in the business of assassination you unleash some very very terrible forces,” he added.
What?! Analogies aren’t your strong suit my guy.

This Is How They Think
Bernie’s comments are not the comments of a lone lunatic in the Democrat Party.
Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) used the same terminology within hours of the news that the rest of America celebrated.
“Trump’s apparent assassination of Soleimani is a massive, deliberate, and dangerous escalation of conflict with Iran,” he asserted.
Throw in the fact that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called the defensive attack an “act of war,” Rep. Ilhan Omar said she was “outraged” over his killing, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said his killing was “disproportionate” to the hundreds of American lives lost at his hands, and you have a full-blown powder keg of stupidity infecting the Democrat party today.

If Anybody Is Like Putin …
The audacity of Bernie Sanders comparing anybody to Vladimir Putin is rich. Sanders is a socialist curmudgeon bordering on a full-fledged communist curmudgeon.
The man spent his honeymoon just outside of Moscow for crying out loud!
At the time of Sanders’ honeymoon, according to columnist George Will in 2015, “gulags still functioned” and political prisoners were still “being tortured in psychiatric ‘hospitals.'”
Yet he has the nerve to compare Trump’s actions to that of Putin killing political dissidents.
