Barbra Streisand Tries to Impress the Clintons at Her Concert by Mocking Trump

Singer Barbra Streisand tried to impress Bill and Hillary Clinton during a show by doing a parody of ‘Send in the Clowns’ directed at President Trump.

Streisand, like both Clintons, has her best days long, long behind her.

The Meet the Fockers actress began by taking a poll of Democrats and Republicans in her audience at a concert in New York City, then telling those who might be supporters of President Trump to “cover their ears.”

She then began singing a satirical version of ‘Send in the Clowns’ mocking the President.

“Maybe he’s poor. Till he reveals his returns, who can be sure? Who is this clown?” she sang. “Something’s amiss, I don’t approve. Now that’s he’s running the free world, where can we move? Maybe a town, who is this clown?”

You’re more than welcome to move out of the country, Babs, as Trump has made quite clear to those who hate America.

A picture of Trump as a clown was projected behind the stage because Hollywood liberals have the intellect of pre-teens.

That’s when she got super-edgy with her lyrics:

This is not a farce. It’s not just smoke. Is this his ‘Art of the Deal’ or some awful joke? You’ve got to admit, this fraudulent twit is so full of …

Her ‘how do you do fellow kids’ moment.

Desperately Seeking Attention From the Clintons

Streisand was very clearly playing up to the Clintons, desperately seeking attention from the man she called “a great president” and the woman she said she was sad for not being able to sing at her inauguration.

Reporter Olivia Nuzzi said Republicans in attendance at the concert suggested Streisand might want to shut up and sing.

Who’s the Clown?

Speaking of clowns, Streisand has a solid history of buffoonery, including downplaying the trauma of those who claimed to have been molested by the late entertainer, Michael Jackson.

She has also blamed the President for making her eat too much and not exercise.

“Donald Trump is making me gain weight,” she told her Twitter followers. “I start the day with liquids, but after the morning news, I eat pancakes smothered in maple syrup!”

Better Concerts

At a Billy Joel concert last month, the Clintons were shown on the big screen as the artist dedicated a song to them. A good portion of the crowd wasn’t having it.

All in all, we prefer one concert involving rock legends, Kiss, in which the band stopped their show to honor military members, recited the Pledge of Allegiance, and then performed a rockin’ version of the national anthem.
