The audience at the Democrat debate Thursday night erupted in cheers as Beto O’Rourke declared that, should he be elected, “Hell yes” he’s coming for your guns.
While Robert Francis is being so vociferous with his un-Constitutional gun grab as a means of getting traction while he lingers at the bottom of nearly every poll, this is the government power trip that every one of the Democrat candidates supports.
O’Rourke has been touting a mandatory gun buyback platform since the deadly shooting in El Paso, capitalizing on a tragedy to promote a clear violation of the Second Amendment.
He could hardly contain his glee at the debate.
“Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your ak-47,” he giddily gesticulated. “We’re not going to allow it to be used against a fellow American anymore.”
Wait, even if that fellow American is trying to harm you or your family? Or if that fellow American happens to work for an out-of-control tyrannical government, as envisioned by the Founding Fathers?

O’Rourke had previously used f-bombs to explain his view on guns.
“This is f***ed up,” he told CNN, “and if we don’t call it out for what it is, if we’re not able to speak clearly, if we’re not able to act decisively, then we will continue to have this kind of bloodshed in America.”

He was so pleased with his edgy take that O’Rourke’s campaign began selling t-shirts with the phrase on them, effectively raising money off of victims of shootings.

Beto has also suggested that Americans be banned from purchasing firearms, some of which can get quite expensive, using credit cards.
“Credit cards have enabled many of America’s mass shootings in the last decade – and with Washington unwilling to act, they need to cut off the sales of weapons of war today,” he said.
As for Robert’s plan to confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens – don’t worry, he just knows you’re going to bow down, comply, and hand them over.
“I would expect Americans to comply with the law and we’re seeing some good indications that would be the case,” he claimed. “We expect Americans to follow the law.”
Isn’t it funny how a clown like this expects Americans to follow the law – a law that would be in clear violation of the Constitution – but is perfectly content watching illegals violate any laws they want?
Driving while intoxicated is also against the law, Beto. Why didn’t you comply with that one?
