Accuser Vill: ‘I Know The Difference Between An Innocent Gesture And A Sexual One’
During a virtual press conference, Vill said, “I know the difference between an innocent gesture and a sexual one.”
“I never felt as uncomfortable as I did the day Governor Cuomo came to my house,” Vill admitted. “His actions were very overly sexual, highly inappropriate and disrespectful to me and my family.”
According to Vill, Cuomo complimented her on her physical appearance and acted in a “highly flirtatious and inappropriate manner.”
“I was holding my small dog in my arms and I though he was going to pet my dog. But instead, he wedged his face between the dog and mine and kissed me on the other cheek in what I felt was highly sexual manner.”
The New York affiliate of CBS reports that Cuomo went to Vill’s home to assess flood damage.
Vill, who was married at the time she claims Cuomo was sexually inappropriate with her, has attorney Gloria Allred representing her.
Allred is an outspoken feminist lawyer who has also represented the accusers of Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein in recent years.

Attorney Allred: ‘For Years She Wanted To Report What Governor Cuomo Did To Her’
Allred said of her client, “For years she wanted to report what Governor Cuomo did to her, but some members of her family discouraged her from filing a complaint, because they wanted to protect her and feared that if she made what happened to her public that the Governor might use his power to retaliate against her and her family.”
Allred continued, “After our press conference today, we plan to contact the New York Attorney General’s office in order to inform them that Sherry is willing to cooperate in the investigation that is currently being conducted into numerous allegations of sexual harassment by the Governor.”
"Is there anything else you want" Sherry Vill quoted Cuomo as saying. He "leaned down on top of me" and held her face with big hand… "I felt like I was being man-handled."

Cuomo Attorney Responds
Cuomo’s attorney Rita Glavin sought to temper the allegations.
In a statement, Glavin said, “During times of crisis, the Governor has frequently sought to comfort New Yorkers with hugs and kisses.”
She added, “As I have said before, the Governor has greeted both men and women with hugs, a kiss on the cheek, forehead or hand for the past forty years.”
Vill’s attorney Allred released a photo taken of the incident, which you can view here.
