Want to really piss a liberal off? Go see the new D.C. Comics movie “Wonder Woman” – or see it again if you’ve already been.
Leftists and Arab nations are protesting, boycotting, and banning the film because its star, Gal Gadot, is Israeli. As if being Jewish weren’t bad enough to them, the former Miss Israel also served in the Israeli Defense Forces (as all Israeli citizens must at age 18) and – gasp – supported their wars against terrorists.

So far the movie has been banned in Lebanon, pulled from Algeria and Tunisia, and there are rumors that Jordan might also join the ban. Apparently Lebanon has laws banning Israeli products and its citizens from traveling to Israel or having contact with Israelis. #Coexist
People are especially upset at a July 2014 Facebook post Gadot posted of herself and her daughter praying with the words, “I am sending my love and prayers to my fellow Israeli citizens. Especially to all the boys and girls who are risking their lives protecting my country against the horrific acts conducted by Hamas, who are hiding like cowards behind women and children…We shall overcome!!! Shabbat Shalom! #weareright #freegazafromhamas #stopterror #coexistance #loveidf”

Yes, somehow there are people who support the terrorist group Hamas and think it’s ok that in the 2014 Gaza conflict they used women and children as human shields by hiding missiles in UN schools and launching rockets from civilians areas. Meanwhile, Israeli forces warned civilians to evacuate before they dropped bombs. But, yeah, Gadot is a horrible human being for praying for her own war-torn country!
Fortunately, it looks like the boycott is not going well, “Wonder Woman” made over $300 million worldwide in its opening week.
One more reason to hit the cineplex this weekend!
