The White House in Washington, D.C., is on lockdown now. A suspicious, unattended package was discovered near the grounds.
At 1:15 pm, the White House lawn was cleared of all reporters and construction workers.

Lafayette Square, across Pennsylvania Avenue from the White House, was also closed to pedestrians.
A Secret Service spokesperson said the agency was investigating an unattended package near the north fence. The agency later tweeted that it had cleared the package.

Thankfully, no one has been hurt and President Trump is currently is on his way to Phoenix for a tour of a Border Patrol facility and a campaign rally.
