Sarah Huckabee Sanders, White House Deputy Press Secretary, isn’t playing games with the anti-Trump liberal media. After yet another phony “scandal” yesterday over Trump’s temporary travel ban, Sanders smacked down the liberal spin that’s been pushed every day for months.
After President Trump defended his temporary travel ban in the wake of the London terrorist attack by a radical Islamic refugee, the media went crazy over the term “travel ban.” But Sanders wasn’t having any of it, and said that President Trump just wanted to keep the American people safe and told the media to stop getting caught up on word semantics.
The media want to catch Trump anyway they can and try to use his words against him. Don’t you find it strange how the media does this, but when Barack Obama said “my Muslim faith,” the media tripped over their ankles to correct him?
Sanders broke down the room very quickly as you will see in the video below. She’s tired of the double standard. So am I. She knows the media will run with the word “travel ban,” and from there you will see more rallies against Trump rising up around the country with the media leading the way with misinformation.
I applaud Sarah for going after the media press immediately and not letting them set up shop over “travel ban.”

“I don’t think the president cares what you call it, whether you call it a ban, whether you call it a restriction. He cares that we call it national security,” Sanders said.
“Everybody wants to get into the labels and the semantics of it, but the bottom line is he’s trying to protect the citizens of this country,” she continued.
Sanders defended the president’s legal right to enact the executive order.
Earlier in the day, Trump tweeted about “the travel ban,” emphasizing its need in the wake of terror attacks in the United Kingdom.

The press corps ought to be totally ashamed. They totally do not care about the good things that this president is doing. Anyone hear about the changes that are being done to help the veterans? Of course not. They are interested in “gotcha” questions.
While the rest of America is actually concerned about our safety, the Left just wants to get tied up on words and fight over what words the President uses and doesn’t use. Give me a break.
Enough with semantics. Whether the policy is a “ban” or a “restriction,” we need to control who is coming into this country.
There is a real scandal in the travel ban drama – the judges fighting it have ties to Obama. And for all the hysterics, Leftist thugs who oppose the ban have no clue what they’re talking about.
