Taylor Swift is no stranger to making kind, unexpected gestures, and she recently did something extremely thoughtful to show her support for our men and women in blue. Following the deadly attack at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, Swift sent several bouquets of flowers to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Foothill Community Police Station in Pacoima, California. One of the station’s off-duty officers was shot during the attack.

@1027KIISFM I saw you guys posted an article about Taylor Swift sending flowers to LAPD and here’s another bouquet she’s sent them! pic.twitter.com/IsgwlHEVg7

LAPD Intel Analyst Kimberlee Binder revealed in a since-deleted Instagram post that Swift had sent the flowers. Binder captioned a picture of one of the bouquets: “Talk about a class act! @taylorswift sent multiple bouquets of flowers and plants to our station, as one of our officers was shot in Las Vegas last night. This is one of the smaller arrangements. Beautiful flowers can bring a smile to anyone’s face. Much respect.”
You’d think that, like Binder, people would be touched by Swift’s display of kindness. But liberals on Twitter had nothing but negative things to say about it.
Taylor Swift can’t condemn her Nazi following, speak up on anything regarding BLM but she can… send flowers… to an injured officer? pic.twitter.com/OIXKBbl3NJ

How about Taylor Swift send flowers to the families of the victims as well as the other 500+ people injured from the shooting

Why don’t she show up herself and meet than sending flowers. That don’t mean anything

More proof she’s the alt right princess

This is disgusting, albeit typical, behavior from the left. What in the world does showing support for the police have to do with the Alt-Right, especially in this scenario? That officer was shot off-duty at a music festival, not on-duty during a BLM rally.
I say kudos to Swift for sending the flowers. Our police men and women need to know that we care, and Swift’s gesture was a small but thoughtful way to show her support.
Share this on Facebook if you’re praying for the injured LAPD officer and all our men and women in blue!
