Nothing gets my American Red Blood pumping through my veins quicker than a power rendition of our National Anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner.”
It is a long and complicated song as far as national anthems go, and as such is pretty hard to get just right. The famously good ones (Whitney Houston) are just as famous as the bad ones (Roseanne, Carl Lewis)
I think this one however, performed at the Lincoln Memorial in DC, will definitely make it into the “good” category.
