First to retire is Ginsburg, after she wasn’t aware that Senator Lindsey Graham was a man, not a woman. She took a lot of heat for that. Next up after that is Breyer, a Bush Sr. appointee who turned out to be liberal. Trump will get at least three appointments to the court. If Clarance Thomas, who is aging, also retires, Trump can replace him with another conservative. I see a 6 to 3 or even 7 to 2 conservative court in the next few years. Plus, Trump gets to appoint over 120 federal judges, the most since the 1930’s. As we can see from the Hawaii and Washington judges who blocked Trump’s EO temporarily halting immigration from Islamic countries, that’s very important not just for now, but when the next Democrat president rules, so that they can stop him.

Maybe you can support a Supreme Court Justice who recognizes that the Constitution does not grant personhood to corporations. That was given by an activist judge in Southern Pacific v. Santa Clara County.
It does not grant protected speech to corporations that do not have the ability to talk, that was granted by activist judges in Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission.
It does not grant religious belief to corporations that do not have the ability to think, that was granted by activist judges in Hobby Lobby Stores v. Sebelius.
It does not grant limited legal liability to corporate stockowners.
It does not grant limited legal liability to corporations.

It would be a nice change if we had Supreme Court Justices who interpret the Constitution as written, not as the corporate sponsored judges have perverted it.

I know without doubt who who would be my suggestion. Judge Jeanine Pirro. My second choice would be Judge Napolitano.

Ms. Ginsburg needs to step down and go take it easy. She is barely there as it is. Another constitutional conservative, justice is much needed and no wishy-washy moderate.

Considering the fact that the Democrats has Scalia murdered then covered it up by having a hokey autopsy then burying him before his family got to say anything, the dumbocraps all should be tried for murder and treason and whichever ones are found responsible need to be executed for treason.

    1. poppDavid says:

      Scalia’s family prevented an autopsy.
Scalia died at a Texas pleasure ranch while his wife was at home. They do say that men with weak hearts shouldn’t take Viagra, because it can cause a heart attack.
You can connect the dots if you wish.

It is sad to see the judiciary stacked for political purpose. It defeats the separation of state and judiciary. This is a huge problem in the USA when it comes to justice. If this is not changed the USA legal system will still be politically dominated.
Good for Donald Trump to change the appointment criteria.
Shame on any Judge who takes a political stance instead of a legal one

Ginsberg needs to rest after all she’s already sleeping on the job.. Trump will get another chance to stick the democrats in the eye.!! BRAVO!

    1. Deborah says:

Alicia………….. Ditto to that and Halleleujah and Amen !!!

  8. Susan says:

All sitting Supreme Court Justices should regard the choice of Neil Gorsuch with pride and admiration for President Trump’s criteria and selection process. President Trump did not promote an idealogue who might degrade the quality of judicial review. He nominated the most superior candidate that he could possibly identify. That should be very reassuring to any Justice considering retirement.

  9. Johnny says:

Ginsberg, Breyer and Kennedy are 84, 78 and 80 and are considered next to retire. But I’d like to think that Thomas 68 and Alito 67 would also consider retiring while Trump is president. Get in younger justices that will sit the court for 3 decades and this country could be save from the liberal/Progressive/communist take over we see taking place.

    1. Alicia says:

You’re right. The more Justices to SC Pres. Trump appoints the better.!!!!!
the dems will hopefully die of an infarct!

  10. Ray says:

I have always been shocked by the fact that some Supreme court Justices believe they can amend or misinterpret the exact words in our constitution to support a political agenda. For example,Justice Ginsberg likes the South African Constitution over our constitution because of the subjective “fairness” of the South African constitution which allows her to say what is fair and not the Legislature, who would not and should not use indefinite subjective words. The worst Supreme Court Decision of all times is the one that relied on the words “separation of church and state”, which are nowhere in the constitution, to support their position and further ignore the fact that all States existing at that time agreed to the words in the Constitution.. Further, some justices have ignored the words in the Declaration of Independence that acknowledge GOD as a driving force.. Shame on such egotistical Justices thinking they have more authority than the Legislative branch of our government and want their authority to be the greatest in our government and ignore our GOD given rights.

  11. Norman says:

Congress should enact a law limiting SC terms to 12 years; these people are in far too long to keep up with current political trends, and are subject to too much outside pressure.

    1. Ray says:

GOOD IDEA. PROTECTED EMPLOYMENT FOR A LIMITED TIME SOLVES THE PROBLEM OF POWER SEEKING OVER AN INDEFINITE TIME.

  12. As if this is a surprise, Justice Ginsberg is getting old and the stress of sitting on the Bench
is not easy for even a younger person. Personally I will be glad to see her gone and another
Conservative Justice who is of the same caliber as Justice Gorsuch be place on the Bench
to restore the Constitution of the United States back in control. It is time to follow the Constitution
and the Laws of our land as written and not according to how some moron feels on any particular
day. The law is not confused nor transgender it is clear, concise and justices should follow
it as written, not how they lean politically or emotionally.

  13. Charles says:

Some day real soon Ginsburg’s gonna take a snooze and not wake up. Guaranteed….

Resignation? I expect another death. Some of those people on there are banging on death’s door right now.
