Ever since Donald J. Trump was sworn into office in January, the liberal media has had their knives out, seeking to destroy his presidency every chance they get.
In his first few months in office, CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley has been one of the most vicious members of the liberal media, using his nightly platform to mercilessly attack Trump over every conceivable issue imaginable.
Well, it appears as though Pelley’s nightly anti-Trump tirades have not paid off, as he is being fired from his anchoring duties, being demoted to a permanent contributor for the program 60 Minutes.

Insiders tell us that CBS News president David Rhodes “is making [Pelley] move to ‘60 Minutes,’ ” and that the pair “don’t get on.”
Another TV insider said that while Pelley’s ratings have been down, “There’s also been friction between him and [Rhodes].”
Added a source, “[Pelley] was pushed out of the ‘Evening News.’ It’s been coming for a long time. This could have been handled better — [Pelley] is away on a story, and they’re cleaning out his office. It’s not the correct way to treat the face of CBS News.”
No replacement has yet been named, but CBS has a deep bench of anchors who can fill in.
Sources say there was confusion Tuesday among staff at CBS’ Hell’s Kitchen headquarters as workers began dismantling the office of Pelley — dubbed “Poison Pelley” by Page Six after he yelled at a reporter in 2013, “You wouldn’t last 10 seconds at CBS News!”
Pelley has made his anti-Trump views known, and while liberals may love his biased reporting, advertisers and the American public do not. For months, the liberal media has been running fake anti-Trump stories that serve no purpose other than to undermine and destroy this White House’s conservative agenda.
On TV, ratings are king, and Pelley’s anti-Trump attitudes clearly aren’t appealing to the average American. If the now-former CBS Evening News anchor only wants to serve as an anti-Trump mouthpiece for the left, perhaps he should move over to MSNBC.
CBS News, while certainly liberal, is typically considered to be tame in their political bias when compared to ABC and NBC, but Pelley proved he cannot be anything but a radical anti-Trump propagandist.
