Hillary Clinton’s new book, cluelessly titled “What Happened,” hit bookshelves this week, but President Donald Trump probably won’t be reading it.
Why not? Well, as White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders quipped Tuesday, “He’s pretty well versed on what happened.”
Sanders delivered the epic line after a reporter questioned whether Trump would read the book. It was quite the smackdown.

Sanders also said that “it’s sad that after Hillary Clinton ran one of the most negative campaigns in history…the last chapter of her public life is gonna be now defined by propping up book sales with false and reckless attacks.” Indeed, in the book Clinton takes no responsibility for her loss and instead points fingers at everyone she possibly can, up to and including the New York Times.

To reiterate Sanders: This is just sad. No one lost the election for Clinton – she lost all on her own. She failed to beat Trump because she blatantly insulted the intelligence and morality of half the country, she lost because she’s a prolific liar and crook, and she lost because Americans didn’t want more Obama-esque policy and condescending rhetoric.
No one except Clinton needs an explainer on “what happened.” Everyone knows exactly “what happened,” including President Trump.
