Forces operating on the left are so aggressively trying to tear apart the country that Rush Limbaugh believes America could be on the verge of another Civil War.
“America is under attack from within,” he warned. “Our culture, our history, our founding are under the most direct assault I have seen in my life.”
“You might even get away with saying that we are on the cusp of a second civil war,” the conservative talk show host explained.

Friday on his nationally syndicated radio show, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh said given the state of affairs in the country, particularly in the wake of last week’s events in Charlottesville, VA, it could be said the country was on the cusp of a second civil war.
Limbaugh insisted much of the angst was being driven by forces from the outside wanting to see the United States cease being a “super powerful nation.”
Limbaugh urged conservatives to know and understand the history of our nation as a means to fight the left’s onslaught of misinformation and stem their effectiveness.
“In order to defend America … you have to begin knowing our history,” he said. “If you’re gonna defend the United States of America, you have to know our history. You have to know the purpose of the United States of America. You have to know unequivocally and proudly the United States’ place in history. And that is why erasing and distorting our history is crucial for the left to succeed.”
“You have to know why 56 men risked their lives and their fortunes and their sacred honor to declare independence from the tyranny of the day,” he continued.
It was an incredibly powerful monologue, frightening in its accuracy.
Limbaugh went on to explain that at least one person is fighting against liberals trying to destroy our country.
“Donald Trump is coming up against it,” he said.
But what if, as another conservative radio host in Michael Savage explained, they are successful in taking down President Trump?
Savage also believes they are trying to start a second civil war.

“If [the left] take(s) Trump down … there will be a civil war in this country,” Savage claimed.
“If you do the next step and steal our president, I warn you,” he added. “You’ve seen nothing yet.”
